We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to craft compelling user experiences for our gamers and publishers, driving our future innovation and success.

- 5+ years of professional experience in creating digital products, preferably within the ecommerce, B2C and gaming industries
- Proficiency in working with design systems and familiarity with modern design and user research tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics and other product analytics platforms
- Utilizing data analytics and user feedback to inform and support design decisions, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and effective.
- Experience in working closely with Product Managers and Engineers at all stages of the design process, from initial analysis, workshops, sketches, ideas, and concepts through to user research, prototyping, and the final delivery of designs
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive design culture.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry or a strong passion for games and gaming culture
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers is a plus
