Our Client is a global IT consulting company specializing in ServiceNow adoptions.

Opis stanowiska

- Analysis and mapping of processes between the current Jira instance and the global ServiceNow environment.

- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into specific solutions.

- Providing expert consultations on optimizing workflows and integrating Jira with ServiceNow.

- Support in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to the mapped processes.

- Identifying improvement opportunities and presenting recommendations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

- Developing technical documentation and conducting training to ensure smooth implementation and adaptation of processes.

Profil kandydata

- Documented experience in consulting, with a particular focus on process mapping and workflow optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow platforms.

- Strong analytical skills, allowing for the assessment and alignment of business needs with technical solutions.

- Experience working in global or large organizations, preferably in environments with complex IT ecosystems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholder groups.

- Knowledge of ITSM principles and methodologies will be an additional asset.

- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) or Jira will be an additional asset.

- Experience in the insurance or financial sector will be welcomed.
