Ensure Adherence to Scrum Principles: Guarantee the team fully embraces and practices Scrum. Facilitate Communication: Bridge between the development team and Delivery Manager for seamless collaboration. Remove Impediments: Work closely with the team to eliminate roadblocks and keep the project on track. Project Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress. Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.   . Requirements: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience working with virtual/dispersed project teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies. Minimum 7 years of experience in software development. Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope. Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (C1/C2 level). Essential certifications: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).   Benefits: Permanent full-time contract adjusted to your preferences.
