Your tasks

- end month closing, reporting and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L
- controlling production cost, standard cost, sales prices, margins, overheads, overdue balances, etc
- monitors the plant risks and opportunities, and assists local and regional management in identifying and setting performance improvement initiatives
- based on volume information provided by the group, preparing together with local and regional management annual budgets
- assist local accounting in annual financial audits

What we expect

- at least 3 years experience in controlling (ideally automotive plant controlling), experience in industrial controlling is essential
- advanced English (min B2+) and Polish (min B2+)
- very good MS Office working knowledge (especially Excel)
- strong organizational skills and analytical mind
- nice to have: SAP experience, French language knowledge
