Core Tech Expertise: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer with Node.js technology in ecommerce Advanced knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git Extensive practical experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred) In-depth experience working with databases, especially MySQL and PostgreSQL Mastery of Node.js and related libraries and frameworks (e.g., Nest.js ) Experience with e-commerce systems, particularly Medusa.js Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset: We work as a team. Sharing knowledge and seeking feedback should be second nature to you. Problem-solving: Hiccups happen. How you address them matters. Clear communication: Can you simplify complex tech jargon for clients or non-tech teammates or clients? Adaptive Thinking: Tech environments are dynamic. Can you adjust your strategies based on new data or unexpected challenges?
