The company offers comprehensive turnkey solutions in the fields of energy transmission and distribution, control systems, and renewable energy sources. Since 1991, it has been actively supporting clients in Central and Eastern Europe by providing consulting, design, delivery, installation, and maintenance services for equipment. Your responsibilities Develop and grow business opportunities in Poland for: Medium Voltage Switchgear, Distribution Transformers, EV Charging Solutions, Grid Automation Systems, Power Distribution Network products and systems. Acquire new customers and secure orders according to company strategy. Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial offers. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners. Collaborate closely with the international sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager based in the Czech Republic. Employer requirements University degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred specialization: High Voltage Power Systems). Solid understanding of production, transmission, and distribution systems. 5-15 years of professional experience in the energy sector. Extensive network among energy utilities, renewable energy investors, developers, and industrial contractors. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Polish and English – mandatory. Optional Czech and/or Portuguese – an advantage.
