We are a growing team looking for a Manager IT Security in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.The role is located in our Wrocław office

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

- Implement and manage IAM solutions to enhance security and protect company assets using the latest phishing-resistant methods.

- Develop and enforce corporate security policies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on information security and promoting a culture of security awareness.

- Lead and execute IT projects, including automation of employee onboarding/offboarding processes.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative IT solutions to streamline operations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and support business growth.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures.

- Generate regular reports on IT activities and project progress.

- Ensure IT practices comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).

- Maintain and update IT assets and inventory in accordance with compliance requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Information Security area

- Understanding security principles (e.g. defense in depth, least privilege), and access management rules (e.g. RBAC)

- Have record working with IAM solutions (such as Okta, Entra, OneLogin, etc), understanding technical principles of SAML, OIDC, etc.

- Skill in Agile project management – planning, executing, and clear progress communication to the stakeholders

- Great communication skills (English is a must, as well as the language of the office you're in)

- Understanding of European compliance requirements, especially GDPR, NIS2, and optionally the IT-Grundschutz

- Optionally hold certificate – (ISC)2 CC, CISSP, CISM
