responsibilities :

- Manage and enhance ERP/WMS/BPA systems, including process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment - by collaborating with regional and technical teams.
- Ensure global process alignment, system integrations, and coordination with vendors for upgrades and new features.
- Maintain role-based security, licenses, and IT compliance (NIST, GDPR), supporting disaster recovery and system reliability.
- Provide training, user support, and documentation for regional teams and end users.
- Support BI/reporting needs by managing interfaces, understanding data sources, and contributing to data modeling.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital enablement, and process optimization while ensuring application quality and proper change management.
- Adhere to corporate policies, QA standards, and HSE requirements.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional IT teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

requirements-expected :

- About 5 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Navision, Dynamics AX/365, including new implementations, upgrades, operations and maintenance.
- Familiarity with the key end-to-end processes in Manufacturing and experience with Business Processes Management (workflows) is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of system configuration and optimization.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and design.
- Proficiency in incident management and documentation.
- Proficiency in estimating development time and costs desired.
- Understanding software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and PowerBI desired.
- Cloud Native DWH - Data Lake/Data Factory knowledge is appreciated.
- Fluent in English and Polish .
