Workload : Full time (or part-time 60%). Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Kyriba Expert to manage and enhance our organization's cash and liquidity management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Kyriba, demonstrated experience in setting up and administering banking repositories, and a thorough understanding of cash accounting and payment management. This role supports both full-time and part-time engagement, with options for remote or hybrid working arrangements. Main Responsibilities: As a Kyriba Expert, you will play a crucial role in executing key functions related to cash management and financial transactions. Your core responsibilities will include: Setting up and managing the bank account configurations within Kyriba. Providing technical assistance to internal users regarding banking and cash-pooling issues. Establishing cash accounting schemes and coordinating exports to SAP. Managing payment formats and overseeing bank communication protocols. Testing and securing payment flows, ensuring compliance with signature rules. Configuring financial instruments and managing transaction processes. Supporting users with new functionalities and providing daily technical assistance. Participating in project follow-ups for the integration of new banking partners. Writing and maintaining system specifications. Key Requirements: Proven experience with Kyriba implementation and management. Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management principles. Experience in setting up and administering financial repositories. Proficient in cash accounting and payment management. Technical expertise in configuring bank communication protocols (MT, SEPA, SWIFT). Ability to provide training and support to users on system functionalities. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user assistance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of SAP and its integration with Kyriba. Experience managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
