Customer Service Data & Insights Analyst Miejsce pracy: Poznań Recruitment for For our Client, we are seeking a Customer Service Data & Insights Analyst (Data & BI Analyst) with fluent English , who will play a key role in the digital transformation of customer service operations across Europe. Your role will be crucial in building scalable dashboards, leading the adoption of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) , and optimizing processes. If you have proven expertise in Business Intelligence, know how to manage complex datasets (including integration with ERP/CRM systems) and want to have a real impact on achieving operational goals, apply now and help build the future of customer service Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Defining BI Strategy: Define and execute the analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) strategy for Customer Service, aligned with the digital transformation roadmap. Data-to-Insight Transformation: Translate complex data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and ROI. BI Tool Adoption & Optimization: Lead the adoption and optimization of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Data Integration Management: Manage data sourcing, aggregation, and integration from various source systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and ticketing platforms). Automation and Self-Service: Drive automation and self-service analytics capabilities to empower business users and reduce manual reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Commercial teams to define analytical needs and deliver impactful solutions. Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools for customer service operations. Insight Communication: Present insights in a clear, compelling format to drive adoption and influence decision-making. Data Governance & Compliance: Implement data governance policies to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., data privacy regulations). Strategic Support: Support strategic initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
