Zadania

- Perform the activities as assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Leader following the desktop procedures (e.g., on indexing, on the process for PO and non-PO invoices) and in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and analyze AP weekly and monthly reports
- Report immediately any issue preventing the delivery of quality, timely service
- Seek, identify, and propose to the Team Leads any process and/or system improvements to enhance productivity, and if required, contribute to their implementation
- Identify any need for updating existing desktop procedures and processes, and communicate this need to the Accounts Payable Team Leader

Oczekujemy

- Student or completed degree of studies (Finance/Accounting will be an asset)
- Good command of English
- Good organization and coordination skills
- High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned
- Process orientation and attention to details
- Good command of French will be an asset
- Experience in finance/accountancy will be an asset (ex. Internship)
