Platform Services Manager (K/M) Kraków (hybryda) | B2B | 190–230 PLN/h Opis roli Do globalnego środowiska technologicznego z obszaru data & platform engineering poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Platform Services Manager (K/M) , która obejmie odpowiedzialność za stabilność, odporność i dojrzałość operacyjną platform działających w środowisku multi-cloud (z naciskiem na GCP) . Rola jest silnie osadzona w obszarze RUN, service ownership, resilience, SRE oraz modelu operacyjnego – z realnym wpływem na krytyczne, globalnie wykorzystywane usługi. Zakres odpowiedzialności Ownership usług i platform (availability, resilience, performance, cost, risk) Budowa i rozwój modelu operacyjnego dla platform Wdrażanie zasad SRE (observability, incident management, post-mortems, automatyzacja) Ścisła współpraca z zespołami: Platform, Engineering, DevOps, Service Management, FinOps, Security, Business Zarządzanie incydentami (w tym pełnienie roli Incident Managera przy zdarzeniach krytycznych) Definiowanie wymagań dla narzędzi operacyjnych, dashboardów, automatyzacji i rozwiązań opartych o AI Wspieranie adopcji automatyzacji, standaryzacji i dobrych praktyk w zespołach platformowych Wymagania Doświadczenie w obszarze Platform Operations / IT Service Management / SRE / Service Ownership Praca w dużych, złożonych i regulowanych środowiskach Bardzo dobra znajomość cloud operating model (szczególnie GCP) Doświadczenie w obszarach: incident / problem / change management, resilience, observability Zrozumienie zagadnień: security, compliance, vulnerability management Umiejętność poruszania się na styku IT, biznesu i finansów (cost, capacity, planning) Doświadczenie w automatyzacji procesów operacyjnych i poprawie efektywności zespołów Mile widziane Background: Platform Manager, Service Manager, SRE, Production Manager, Cloud Operations Doświadczenie w środowiskach data / platform engineering / enterprise platforms Certyfikaty: ITIL, SRE, Cloud Why apply for an Antal job offer?
