Dla międzynarodowej firmy o profilu produkcyjno-sprzedażowym, posiadającej oddział w Gdańsku, poszukujemy doświadczonego HR Business Partnera, który będzie pełnił rolę strategicznego i operacyjnego partnera pomiędzy działem HR a kadrą menedżerską. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie wspierać liderów w obszarze zarządzania pracownikami, optymalizacji procesów oraz rozwoju pracowników w oddziałach w całej Grupie.

Zakres obowiązków:

- Doradztwo strategiczne i wsparcie liderów w zakresie wszystkich tematów HR.
- Wspieranie inicjatyw związanych ze zmianą, rozwojem organizacyjnym i usprawnianiem procesów.
- Zarządzanie talentami: planowanie sukcesji, rozwój pracowników z wysokim potencjałem, działania retencyjne.
- Udział w procesach rekrutacyjnych, szczególnie na kluczowe stanowiska.
- Nadzór nad procesami związanymi z oceną wyników, wyznaczaniem celów - planowanie ścieżek kariery.
- Analiza wskaźników HR, identyfikacja obszarów do poprawy i wdrażanie działań naprawczych.
- Budowanie pozytywnej kultury organizacyjnej i zwiększanie zaangażowania pracowników.
- Udział w projektach i inicjatywach HR o charakterze międzynarodowym.

Wymagania:

- Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane: Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi, Administracja Biznesowa lub pokrewne).
- Minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia jako HR Business Partner w międzynarodowym środowisku; doświadczenie w firmie o profilu sprzedażowym będzie dużym atutem.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów HR (rekrutacja, onboarding, payroll, szkolenia).
- Znajomość prawa pracy.
- Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i doradcze.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office oraz systemów HRIS/ERP (np. SAP, Workday).
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie), znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dużym atutem.
- Wysokie kompetencje interpersonalne, umiejętność komunikacji na różnych szczeblach w organizacji.
- Proaktywne podejście.
- Otwartość na podróże służbowe w Europie.
