- Define, maintain and drive the adoption of CDI engineering standards, reusable patterns, secure coding practices and quality gates across integration products and delivery teams.
- Design and improve the CDI AI-enabled software delivery lifecycle, including AI-assisted engineering, automated testing, evaluation, review and human approval controls.
- Improve engineering tooling, CI/CD, automation, environments and developer workflows in partnership with the Delivery Manager, Platform Architect and engineering contributors.
- Establish engineering metrics and assurance practices that improve testability, maintainability, security, scalability and reuse, while ensuring visibility of technical debt and quality trade-offs.
- Coach internal teams and external partners, share reusable practices, assess emerging engineering capabilities and translate learning into practical delivery improvements.
- Recruit, motivate and support the professional development of team members reporting directly and indirectly to the role.
