Meet the Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology. Our role is to empower business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities
- improving business productivity and strategic outcomes. We strive to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable services which end-users can depend on. Your background and skills include:
- Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
- Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver measurable business value.
- Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks. It would be ideal if you also have:
- Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management. We strive to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable services which end-users can depend on. ,[Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions. , Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define solution requirements, evaluate feasibility studies, and translate them into scalable architecture designs. , Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle. , Establish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem. , Develop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks that encourage responsible platform growth while maximizing business value. ]
