Solution Architect Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable improvements for CCoE's strategic cloud landing zones and service offerings collaborating with architects and engineers to design, building, and documenting cloud solutions that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with operational best practices researching emerging cloud technologies (e.g., serverless, container orchestration) and recommending adoption strategies to enhance digital solution deployment and operational efficiency partnering with relevant internal stakeholders like Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, IT Risk & Security to continuously improve our strategic cloud landing zones ensuring the effective integration of cloud standards and policies in cloud architectures incl. standardized deployment patterns, automated policy reporting and compliance checks Our requirements fluent spoken and written English strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), with a focus on security, compliance, and automation demonstrated proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC), especially using Terraform and Git, to manage, version, and automate cloud resources across multiple environments developer mindset: you approach infrastructure challenges as a software engineer - writing clean, modular, and testable code, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving automation pipelines comfortable collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams, and contributing to shared codebases using modern version control and branching strategies passion for automating manual processes, reducing technical debt, and driving a culture of everything as code within the team and cloud community excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What we offer Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape. Embedded within Group Technology Infrastructure & Operations (I&O), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security and regulatory compliance, implement automated policy enforcement, and champion a security-first mindset throughout every stage of cloud adoption. Your expertise will directly support CCoE's mission by implementing best practices and automation that enable secure, scalable, and compliant cloud adoption, ensuring all solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.
