We are looking for an AI IT Recruiter to handle recruitment for AI/ML specialists as well as other IT and engineering roles depending on project and client needs.

Your Responsibilities

Recruiting for AI/ML roles and other IT and engineering positions within outsourcing and R&D projects Sourcing candidates (ML Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' technical and soft skills Matching candidates with client requirements, project needs, and budget expectations Managing offer processes and negotiating terms with candidates Maintaining talent pipelines for both AI/ML and broader IT roles Apply if you have: 5 years of experience in IT recruitment Experience hiring AI/ML specialists is a plus, along with other IT profiles Understanding of the IT and AI job market Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interview skills Experience managing offer processes and negotiations Proficiency in ATS systems (Zoho Recruit is a plus) and recruitment tools Fluency in Polish and English A proactive, result-driven mindset What we offer: Competitive salary bonus system based on placements Private medical care Real impact on recruitment strategy and company growth A multicultural, international work environment Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing, tech-focused company Recruitment Process: First Interview – a conversation with our Business Manager about your background and career goals Second Interview – discussion of the role, collaboration model, and long-term growth at Madiff If we're a good match, we'll be happy to make you an offer and welcome you to Madiff Apply now and level up your recruitment career
