We are looking to expand our team with a Product Specialist for the Poland region.

Job Description for Product Specialist:

- Strategic management of the product portfolio: Defining the vision and strategy for product portfolio in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Sales support and training: Providing expert information, organizing product training sessions, and preparing marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Identifying business opportunities: Analyzing the market, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships: Actively seeking clients, maintaining long-term partnerships with key customers, and providing professional support in product selection.
- Collaboration with suppliers: Communicating with key international and domestic suppliers to ensure product availability, discussing terms, and maintaining quality relationships.
- Participation in product and marketing activities: Close coordination with the product and marketing teams to promote products and identify new business opportunities.

Work allocation:

- Travel/customer interaction vs. office work: 60:40.
- Possibility of 100% home-office

Requirements:

- University degree in natural sciences (biology, molecular biology, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in molecular biology/biology (positions such as e.g., application support, sales manager, product manager).
- Reliability, independence, logical thinking, time flexibility, and willingness to travel.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Driver’s license (Category B).
- Native-level proficiency in Polish.
