SAP CO / S / 4HANA Consultant Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Analyze and document Controlling processes (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Costing standards). Identify and deliver opportunities for process improvements and automation together with our Service Business Center. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, prioritize business requirements and drive standardization and simplification. Lead or support Controlling IT projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements. Manage Project portfolio for the domain. Prepare functional specifications for development and work closely with technical teams. Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for end-users. Support financial reporting and controlling dashboards design with our Data Platform team. Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across controlling reports. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance/Controlling and IT teams. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner. Manage third partner vendors maintenance and project services in close partnership with Group Procurement. Employer requirements Proven subject matter expert in SAP Controlling modules (CO, COPA/Margin Analysis, CCA, PCA) across SAP Public Cloud, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and SAP ECC environments. Knowledge of the capabilities and design of standard SAP reporting tools within S/4HANA, including Embedded Analytics and CDS Views. Deep understanding of corporate and group-level financial and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Skilled in configuring and testing SAP CO functionalities to meet evolving business requirements. Strong experience in integrating SAP CO with other core modules (FI, MM, PP-PI, SD) for seamless end-to-end processes. In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling data models and hands-on experience with Data Lake integration for advanced analytics. Act as Technical Application Owner, collaborating with Application Maintenance and Software Partners to ensure system stability, performance, and optimization. Ensure adherence to IT governance, architecture standards, and security policies in the role of Application Owner. Experienced in designing integrated processes and data flows, focusing on user adoption, process harmonization, and data quality. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, maintenance best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years specializing in Controlling processes. ITIL Certified, demonstrating expertise in IT service management and process optimization. C_TS4CO, S4CCO or similar SAP certifications are beneficial. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ServiceNow, and Snowflake considered as assets. Fluent in written and verbal English. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Significant focus on fostering robust user engagement and adoption across platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Adept at conducting research for product improvements and investigating the feasibility of product expansion options. Optional Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ServiceNow, and Snowflake considered as assets.
