You will spearhead data-driven change initiatives within a cross-functional team committed to enhancing product development and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile ceremonies. Coaching teams on Agile and Scrum principles to boost delivery performance and maturity. Supporting the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, promoting cultural change. Monitoring and tracking sprint progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs for maximum value. Removing impediments and resolving issues that hamper team progress. Promoting transparency and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. Aligning Agile practices with business objectives and governance standards. Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Encouraging knowledge sharing and active participation within Agile communities. Our requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Proven experience working in financial services or data-related projects. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Ability to lead, motivate, and facilitate cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience navigating complex global organizations with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Optional Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certification. Experience applying Design Thinking in Agile projects. Background in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams. Active participation in Agile communities and knowledge-sharing networks.
