About the project

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financials (General Ledger) Consultant to join a new project for our client in the medical sector, as part of the opening of a new technology hub in Poland. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the setup and optimization of financial systems in a growing and innovative environment.

Your responsibilities

- Execute hands-on configuration and support within SAP FI-GL, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities
- Support seamless integration between FI, CO, and other SAP modules
- Configure and maintain General Ledger master data, chart of accounts, and financial reporting structures
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial requirements and implement effective system enhancements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes within SAP
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training where required

Our requirements

- At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Consultant with proven experience in SAP FI-GL configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in FI-CO integration and cross-module collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and New GL functionality is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English (written & verbal)
- Residing in Poland required
