W ramach transformacji cyfrowej nasz Partner rozwija zaawansowaną warstwę danych na potrzeby wewnętrznego środowiska GenAI, które będzie analizować dane klientów ubezpieczeniowych. Projekt opiera się na architekturze mediacyjnej, co umożliwia efektywną integrację, przetwarzanie oraz udostępnianie danych z różnych źródeł dla systemów analitycznych i modeli AI.

Twój zakres obowiązków

- Koordynacja z inżynierami, analitykami oraz zespołami AI/ML w celu dostosowania architektury do potrzeb biznesowych.
- Projektowanie i nadzorowanie wdrażania skalowalnych, wydajnych modeli danych integrujących wiele źródeł.
- Tworzenie rozwiązań dla strumieniowego i wsadowego pobierania, przekształcania oraz aktualizacji danych.
- Wdrażanie automatycznej walidacji, wykrywania anomalii i proaktywnego rozwiązywania problemów.
- Zapewnienie efektywnego przechowywania, wyszukiwania i przetwarzania dużych zbiorów danych.
- Prowadzenie kompleksowej dokumentacji architektury i mentoring inżynierów.
- Definiowanie wzorców, szablonów i najlepszych praktyk dla inżynierii danych.
- Ustanawianie zasad dostępu, zarządzania danymi i ram bezpieczeństwa.

Nasze wymagania

- Minimum 4-letnie doświadczenie komercyjne na stanowisku Data Architect.
- Zaawansowana znajomość platform danych opartych na Azure oraz Databricks.
- Biegłość w obsłudze Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL oraz Event Hubs.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2 w mowie i piśmie.
- Dogłębna wiedza na temat Databricks, Delta Lake oraz Apache Spark.
- Doświadczenie w CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS oraz Docker.
- Doświadczenie w pracy z nierelacyjnymi bazami danych.
