Twój zakres obowiązków

- Kierowanie zespołem konsultantów technicznych i funkcjonalnych podczas realizacji projektów wdrożeniowych Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Zarządzanie całością procesu wdrożenia systemu, od analizy wymagań po dostarczenie rozwiązania.
- Projektowanie rozwiązań w zakresie finansów, takich jak General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets oraz Cash Management.
- Współpraca z klientami i interesariuszami w celu zapewnienia spełnienia ich wymagań biznesowych oraz technologicznych.
- Pomoc w analizie i projektowaniu rozwiązań dostosowanych do specyfiki organizacji klienta.
- Mentoring i rozwój członków zespołu, dbanie o ich dalszy rozwój zawodowy.

Wymagania pracodawcy

- Co najmniej 10-letnie doświadczenie w pracy z systemami Oracle Fusion ERP, w tym przynajmniej 4 pełne cykle wdrożeniowe w obszarze finansów.
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami konsultantów technicznych i funkcjonalnych.
- Znajomość procesów biznesowych w zakresie finansów oraz umiejętność ich implementacji w systemie Oracle Fusion.
- Umiejętność pracy z klientami, prowadzenia prezentacji oraz szkoleń.
- Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu finansów, informatyki lub pokrewnych dziedzin.
- Dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość języków obcych (niemiecki lub francuski) oraz posiadanie dodatkowych certyfikatów (MBA/CA/CMA/CFA).
