- Modernize Complex Banking Systems as a .NET Developer
- Warsaw based opportunity with remote work model (2 days in the office/month).

responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend solutions in .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Support the modernization of legacy systems into a modern platform
- Analyze and understand existing code
- Refactor applications and implement new design patterns
- Collaborate with product teams and solution architects
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices and design principles
- Contribute to reducing technical debt across systems
- Participate in technical discussions and propose improvements

requirements-expected :

- Minimum 4–5 years of backend development experience in .NET (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Strong knowledge of C#
- Experience working with complex system architectures
- Ability to analyze and refactor existing code
- Knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of technical debt and system modernization
- Familiarity with microservices and containerization concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
