Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: DevOps Engineer Responsibilities: Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure and applications using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, and ArgoCD Ensure zero-downtime deployments, scalability, and resilience through automation Standardize and automate release processes, including branching and tagging strategies Collaborate with product teams to gather feedback and align on best practices Enforce security standards using SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, Veracode, Trivy, Syft) Maintain base UBI images and ensure regular application of security patches Set up alerting and dashboards for proactive detection and resolution of performance issues Integrate HashiCorp Vault with OpenShift for secrets and credential management Enforce least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) across the platform Support vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance automation Analyze platform performance and implement optimization strategies for scaling Troubleshoot issues across networking, infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers Work closely with developers and testers to support CI/CD automation, testing, and environment readiness Requirements: 4–8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer Hands-on experience with OpenShift (Kubernetes) - deployments, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, ArgoCD) and related automation Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Helm Experience managing databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MinIO, Elasticsearch Familiarity with messaging middleware: Solace, Confluent Kafka Experience with monitoring/observability tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana Proficiency in scripting and automation: Bash, Python, Go, YAML Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals Experience with Nginx and Squid for networking Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) integrated with OpenShift Understanding of microservices architectures and service mesh (e.g., Istio) Exposure to performance testing, load balancing, and capacity planning Knowledge of GitOps frameworks (ArgoCD) Security best practices for cloud-native platforms Certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or HashiCorp Vault Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
