Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Sales

Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics. Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.). Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales. Contribute to the configuration and testing of solutions, working with internal/external implementation teams. Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Customer Insights Journeys use cases and data alignment. Prepare and conduct user workshops, trainings, and testing sessions. Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications. Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements. Qualifications University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the CRM domain, ideally with Dynamics 365 Sales. Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices in B2B environments. Experience working with Customer Insights Journeys or similar marketing automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with CRM integrations, data structures, and reporting concepts. Comfortable working in a remote, international, and cross-functional environment. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion. Agile mindset and experience working in iterative project setups (e.g., Scrum or hybrid models). Proficient in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills. German is a plus. Openness to a hybrid work model with occasional visits to our Katowice office. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or related modules. Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., financial services / insurance) Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
