Responsibilities: Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles. Ensure that the team is following Agile practices and promoting continuous improvement. Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and planning releases. Shield the team from external interference and distractions. Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency within the team. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress. Promote an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or similar. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively with distributed teams. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery. Experience in guiding teams to higher levels of maturity and performance. Interest in technology and staying updated with industry trends. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Your Profile: At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Fluency in English. Ability to adapt to changing environments and embrace new challenges. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Can't cover everything? No problem. We don't expect you to know everything, but we value your ability to apply your knowledge effectively and collaborate with colleagues and clients. Openness, a keen interest in learning, and the ability to adapt and grow with the team are essential.
