The ideal candidate will have a solid background in modern programming languages, expertise in software development, best practices, and experience with cloud services offerings. Strong skills in mentoring, technical delivery, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication are essential. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Keen interest in AI; technologies, industry news, architecture, development standards etc.  Experience in coaching, and mentoring more junior members of staff   Expert knowledge of software development best practices, such as SOLID  Technical delivery lead/management experience  Understanding of modern languages such as C#/.NET Core, JavaScript/Node, Python or Go  Understanding of Service architecture  Understanding of Agentic architecture  Experience with multi-dispensary team including role such as project managers, UX/UI designs, internal development and QA teams.  Experience working within an agile development    Familiarity with object-oriented design and design patterns.  Experience with Cloud Service such AWS or Azure (IaaS, PaaS including Serverless)  Cloud native/Kubernetes experience would be a bonus.  The ability to estimate technical effort, licensing and hosting costs and clearly communicate them to non-technical users  The ability to highlight technical risks and communicate potential mitigation strategies to a Project Manager to enable them to make informed decisions.  Understanding of data security best practices  Expertise with development methodologies such as DDD, BDD and TDD. Technical skills required:  Technical Degree Industry experience or example of personal AI projects.
