About the project

We are seeking an innovative Solution Architect to join our team and design solutions that address various business needs. In this role, you will own the overall solution, and define project scope, business domains, and architecture, while addressing both technical and business questions. The focus is on domain-driven, event-driven, and microservices architectures.

You will be part of a team of 20 architects supporting 200+ in-house systems, with numerous third-party integrations and hybrid solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.

Your responsibilities

- Define and outline the system architecture within the scope of a specific solution
- Understand business strategies and requirements, and create designs and plans that ensure solutions meet those needs
- Create detailed solution architectures and system interaction diagrams
- Identify and integrate non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, privacy, and security, into the solution design and architecture
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product managers, project teams, and analysts to design the overall solution architecture
- Lead technical solution workshops and engage with stakeholders to align and gain consensus on the proposed solutions

Our requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional work as a Solution Architect
- At least 3 years of experience designing or developing enterprise-grade scalable software solutions
- Proven history of generating effective and innovative solutions
- Experience in real-time systems with high-scales
- Great presentation skills and the ability to present to a large audience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Very good knowledge of English and the ability to work in a global work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex technical topics in a clear way
- Openness to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
