In this mid-level role, you will develop and maintain scalable AI/ML architectures with a focus on Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate across teams to integrate solutions into products, ensuring high performance and compliance. This position requires solid experience in ML engineering and Python, with growing expertise in MLOps for deployment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML architectures and systems, including GenAI components. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products. Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of AI/ML systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, particularly in GenAI. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI/ML, including ethical considerations. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using MLOps/LLMOps practices. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (primary), Java, or C++. Experience in statistical analysis and classic AI/ML models (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning). Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps for building and maintaining ML pipelines and infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Commitment to highest ethical standards. Preferred Skills: Frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Crew AI for agent-based solutions. Experience deploying GenAI models in production environments.
