For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

CMS Magnolia analyst/Regular

Location: remote / Poland
Branch: project in Financial/Banking
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 months
Rate: 120-130 PLN/h (net+vat) on B2B (negotiable)
Start date: ASAP/1month
Working hours: Business Working hours
Remote work: 100% remote
Methodology: Scrum

What will you do:

- Designing and maintaining the architecture of enterprise-level CMS platforms to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for CMS solutions.
- Delegating development tasks to programming teams and coordinating implementation efforts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define content workflows, user roles, and publishing processes.
- Conducting system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Leading integration projects (e.g., Splunk, cloud services) to enhance system monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to CMS architecture, data models, and control frameworks.
- Supporting platform owners in designing and implementing control mechanisms to address audit findings.
- Creating risk assessment methodologies and reporting tools tailored to CMS environments.
- Providing technical guidance and oversight during system upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.

What we expect from you:

- System Architecture Design - Ability to design scalable and secure CMS architectures tailored to business needs.
- Requirements Analysis - Translating business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
- Task Delegation & Team Coordination - Managing development tasks and collaborating effectively with programming teams.
- CMS Platform Expertise - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or Drupal.
- Integration Skills - Knowledge of integrating CMS with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, monitoring, authentication systems).
- Risk & Compliance Awareness - Understanding of IT risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, OCC).
- Documentation & Reporting - Creating clear technical documentation, risk reports, and architectural diagrams.
- Problem Solving - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication - Strong communication skills for working with business owners, developers, and auditors.
- Agile & Project Management - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
