L3 Support Specialist Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Oracle MSSQL VMware Hyper-V AWS Microsoft Azure PowerShell Python ServiceNow Jira Operating system Windows Linux Your responsibilities Resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1/L2 (systems, networks, applications). Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to eliminate application defects and performance issues. Design and implement changes to system architecture; participate in system migrations and upgrades. Proactively maintain and optimize IT environments (servers, networks, virtualization). Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Mentor L1 and L2 teams and support their skill development. Participate in strategic projects (e.g., new technology deployments, automation initiatives). Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and ITIL guidelines. Our requirements Advanced troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and databases (Oracle, MSSQL). Strong knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or Python. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira). Understanding of ITIL best practices, system security, and hardening standards. Preferred certifications: ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents. Strong analytical and communication skills. English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
