As our unit continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior GL Accountant (who could take on the role of Deputy GL Manager ) with English and Spanish (preferred) , as the position involves overseeing the Spanish and Portuguese markets. We invite you to connect with us and explore this opportunity Responsibilities Your Role: More Than Just Numbers As a Senior GL Accountant / Deputy GL Manager , you will be a key player in general ledger accounting, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process optimization. This role is perfect for someone who values structure while also thriving in a dynamic environment where continuous improvements are encouraged. Your Key Responsibilities: Financial Data Management – Overseeing the general ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations, and compliance with internal standards. Closing Procedures – Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including adjustments and accruals. Analysis & Compliance – Reviewing balance sheets and income statements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy. Cross-Department Collaboration – Working closely with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and other teams to streamline financial operations. Audit & Reporting Support – Preparing financial data and reports for internal and external audits. Process Improvement & Development – Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and reporting. The offer Autonomy and responsibility – Full accounting management, preparation of financial statements, and tax declarations for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Mentorship role – Providing expertise to the team, sharing knowledge, and working closely with the GL Manager. International environment – Daily work in English (Spanish is highly preferred).
