About the Role You will work on a service responsible for exchanging operational data between our product and government agencies that customers must report to. The service enables: - Two-way data synchronization (manual & automated). - Visibility into pending work items. - Access to historical records. - Validation of machine-generated and manually entered data, with clear user guidance when entries don't meet requirements. What You'll Be Doing Your main focus will be an existing micro-frontend built in TypeScript and Vue 2 . Early priorities include: Migrating the application to Vue 3. Adopting a refreshed component system (documented in Storybook). Longer-term responsibilities include maintaining the solution, developing new features, and contributing to automated E2E tests within our pipeline. Since most complexity resides on the backend, once core frontend work stabilizes, you will increasingly apply your backend skills. Depending on timelines, you may support: Implementing synchronization processes for new regions. Extending and maintaining backend APIs. Maintaining FE & BE integration/E2E tests. Creating and updating Grafana dashboards and alerts. Maintaining GitLab CI pipelines (frontend & backend). Must Have Skills - Node.js & TypeScript - Vue 2 and Vue 3. - Cypress & Jest. - AWS (CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS/PostgreSQL, SQS, EventBridge, EC2, AppSync). - GitLab CI. - Experience building HTTP / WebSocket-based solutions.
