INDUSTRY: Banking LOCATION: Gdansk (hybrid) REMUNERATION: up to 175 pln/h , B2B We are looking for an experienced IT Developer Expert with a strong focus on DevOps to lead the design and implementation of a robust continuous integration system supporting business deliveries. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and driving our DevOps strategy, fostering a DevOps culture through automation and modern engineering tools. You will be instrumental in the adoption, development, and ongoing management of a strategic CI/CD platform across the organization. . RESPONSIBILIIES: Managing source code repositories with best branching practices. Automating software builds and deployments. Overseeing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD). Govern deployments across multiple environments. Integrating tools to connect engineering data with the continuous integration process. REQUIREMENTS: In-depth knowledge of Jenkins and Bamboo CI/CD solutions . Familiarity with Ansible automation and AWX or AAP platforms . Proficient in Terraform . Experience with Python or Go . Knowledge of Artifactory . Experience with Bitbucket/Git. Familiarity with Atlassian integrations (JIRA, Confluence). Proficient in Maven and Gradle build processes. Strong understanding of Java applications . Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Familiarity with API services . Experience setting up load balancing . Security-oriented approach to DevOps. NICE TO HAVE: Programming background with a deep understanding of development processes. Experience with Linux RHEL ecosystem and scripting (bash, python). Understanding of configuration management, release, and change management. Knowledge of SonarQube or similar code quality and security tools. Experience in working with AWS or Google cloud solutions.
