We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to support our directors in the Customer Experience Center (EMEA). Key responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and other administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Previous international experience or work in a large corporation is a plus.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Managers' calendar management and meeting organization.
- Email handling and prioritization.
- Travel coordination and expense processing.
- Preparation of key documents and reports.
