We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Consultant to lead and deliver cloud security projects, encompassing service delivery, business development, and related activities. This role offers the chance to collaborate with industry experts and work with cutting-edge tools to address critical global security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align cloud security strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of security measures into organizational frameworks.
  • Focus on cloud architecture and security, leading technical discussions and guiding the development of strategic and tactical cloud security frameworks.
  • Conduct technical reviews of cloud security architectures and act as a consultant for both traditional and evolving security setups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and products.
  • Familiarity with cloud security standards such as NIST, CIS, ISO, and CSA STAR.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality client services efficiently, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems and networks.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Expertise in domains like routing/switching, firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat management in cloud or on-premise settings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with security for cloud technologies such as IAM, SIEM, PKI, and application security.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies, including automation and continuous integration.
  • Expertise in recommending cloud computing technologies and implementing security measures to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Background in Security as Code, with experience in using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
