Project Leadership Specialist

We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, for this exciting opportunity. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about project management, has excellent leadership skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of total experience in IT, with 6+ years of experience as a PM or in a similar role
• Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Knowledge of how to work in Agile projects
• Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
• Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
