We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of software that enables efficient energy transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-discipline team using agile methodology to design and develop software for power transformers.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog items to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze business requirements and create detailed specifications for the development team.
  • Design user interfaces in conjunction with other team members to ensure effective communication.
  • Develop acceptance criteria and test cases to validate the software's functionality.
  • Verify the results of the development team's work to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Present the software to end-users, respond to their questions, and gather feedback to drive improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with international team members in English on a daily basis.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering with a strong understanding of power transformer design principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in designing power transformers or similar electrical systems.
  • Knowledge or interest in software development processes and principles.
