As a Department Lead in our Microsoft D365 Competence Center, you will be responsible for leading our technical and functional teams, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, and overseeing project rollouts and management.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a D365 consultant, knowledge of releases and deployments, and expertise in software development within the Microsoft environment. They should also possess strong management skills, including team building, workload management, and customer relationship management.

We estimate that this role will offer a salary of approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate technical and functional D365 teams
  • Establish and expand internal customer relationships
  • Oversee project rollouts and manage project managers
  • Set up a global Key User Organisation and associated support
  • Monitor release management and ensure operational system functioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a comparable field
  • Fluent English language skills, German as an additional language desirable
  • Relevant D365 experience and knowledge of releases and deployments
  • Strong management and communication skills
