As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing clean, efficient, and secure full-stack programming solutions that meet the highest industry standards. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology stack is always up-to-date and aligned with our business goals.

About the Role
  1. Develop and maintain full-stack programming solutions using PHP/LAMP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/jQuery.
  2. Design relational database structures to store business data and ensure data integrity.
  3. Maintain existing codebase in PHP and integrate new features in other services.
  4. Performance measure and tune existing PHP services.
  5. Ensure thoughtful coding practices to create tight security.
  6. Refactor and enhance existing system towards increased scalability, efficiency, and automation.
  7. Learn new web development languages as required to support the business.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders at a high level to understand requirements and provide solutions in efficient and innovative ways.
About Our Technology Stack
  • Proprietary CRM and tracking platform (PHP) - PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Ongage, Iterable, Sendgrid, Sparkpost, etc
  • Zapier
  • Some databases are currently in Amazon AWS, some others are in-house
  • Jira and Slack for project management and collaboration
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of web application development using PHP/LAMP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/jQuery utilizing strong Web User Interface principles.
  • Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks would be highly desirable.
  • Familiar with GIT.
  • Familiar with basic AWS technologies/services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented programming in PHP.
  • Conversant with integrating third-party web services using APIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, peers, and third parties.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of data/server request from (GET / POST).
  • Good Knowledge of SQL.
  • GitHub for code Collaboration.
  • Performance Tooling, Be able to debug code.
