As a Workday Configuration Analyst, you'll join our team in Gdansk, Poland, where you'll contribute to providing support to internal stakeholders in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday.
You'll work closely with our global teams to develop and train internal clients on new processes and functionality in the Time Off and Absence Modules.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide Day-to-Day Support in HR Technology SolutionsConfigure and Maintain Workday ModulesServe as a Strong HR Technology Consultative PartnerIdentify and Research Issues/DefectsFormulate Resolutions/RecommendationsCreate Test Scenarios and ScriptsPerform System Testing and Coordinate User TestingProvide Resolution and Document SOP DocumentationEscalate Issues as AppropriateDevelop User Procedures, Guidelines, and DocumentationRequirements and Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in a Similar Position within Workday HRIS System
