As a UX Designer for Webshop at Sanoma, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to define user flows and wireframes based on agreed requirements and user needs. You will work closely with the product team to maintain the information architecture of the product and design useful and usable solutions for both mobile and desktop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining user flows and wireframes based on agreed requirements and user needs
- Maintaining the information architecture of the product along with the product team
- Designing useful and usable solutions for both mobile and desktop
- Facilitating workshops and ideation sessions to identify problems and challenges to solve
- Communicating designs to stakeholders and team members, and addressing feedback proactively
- Collaborating with the user research team to understand users and validate designs
- Working with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Documenting designs and contributing to the Sanoma Learning Design System
- Ensuring digital accessibility, equity, and access guidelines are met
- Sharing knowledge and educating team members about UX Design
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in UX Design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong UI skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level)
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Experience with accessibility
- Design systems
- Design sprints
