As a Devops Engineer at Aspire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will work closely with customers and partners to address complex questions and drive incidents to resolution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving container orchestration/management issues, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Analyzing and categorizing customer interactions trends to provide accurate and meaningful feedback to Engineering and SRE organizations.
  • Building knowledge base articles to support your team's efforts.
  • Participating in post mortem reviews and driving ongoing improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in supporting highly scalable applications and web services.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Spark, Kafka, etc.
  • A comfortable working style with a technical customer base.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for Technical Support.
