We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced animation professional to join our team as a Gameplay Animation Lead. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for creating complex, high-quality, and believable animations and systems for our games.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting high-quality animations and systems using traditional animation principles, gameplay fundamentals, and motion-capture techniques.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of animation into the game.
  3. Mentoring and guiding junior animators to help them grow and develop their skills.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our animation processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional animation experience (or some combination of applicable training and experience).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality animations and systems for AAA titles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in Maya and other relevant animation software.
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes great gameplay experiences.
