**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure operation of our industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead pre-studies on existing OT Security scope to gain a deep understanding of services and technologies
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors to define and schedule build and run activities
  • Guide build and migration steps to achieve successful handover
  • Create landscape of future RUN services
  • Report directly to separation program manager
  • Document and present actions as part of project framework
  • Work closely with cybersecurity and OT teams to develop future solutions

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with OT security (OT tiering model, OT network security, OT protection)
  • Strong experience with OT network segmentation, OT Probes (Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender, etc), and OT Endpoint solutions
  • Outstanding communication and project coordination abilities, capable of leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443) relevant to IT and OT security
  • Strong understanding of firewall technologies (e.g., NGFW, IDS/IPS, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and network security principles
  • Experience with IT/OT convergence and securing ICS and SCADA environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex security challenges
  • Understanding of managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management
