We are currently seeking an A/B Tester for Ecommerce with Optimizely & Magento due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to identify key areas for optimisation and experimentation.
  • The ideal candidate will design A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to evaluate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Responsibilities include developing testing strategies, implementing experiments across various digital channels, monitoring test performance in real-time, analysing results, and communicating findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will continuously iterate on testing methodologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Optimizely for A/B testing in an ecommerce context is required.
  • A solid understanding of A/B testing principles, including statistical analysis and hypothesis validation, is essential.
  • Proven experience with KPI measurement for assessing test results and platform performance is necessary.
  • Experience with manual front-end testing, specifically for applications built with React, is preferred.
  • The ability to set up and manage complex A/B testing workflows and tools is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting results and collaborating across teams are essential.
  • English level: B2, C1 is required.
