About the Role

The Platform Engineer will play a crucial part in driving the success of our IT operations at Nykredit. Reporting to Thomas Skou, you will work within the Buyside Platform & Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of our IT platforms, ensuring seamless interactions between business areas in Wealth and Treasury.

You will also participate in various projects aimed at improving and implementing new technologies, working closely with the team to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and administering Windows-based systems and applications
  • Coordinating system upgrades, server migrations, and patching activities
  • Ensuring stability and system performance on networks, servers, and databases
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services to team members
  • Contributing to projects focused on enhancing existing technologies and introducing new ones

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and infrastructure integration concepts
  • Ability to implement and maintain complex systems
  • Familiarity with Citrix, SQL, and Oracle databases
  • Bonus: Experience in SimCorp Dimension infrastructure management
