Job Overview
- Lead end-to-end organizational change management, collaborating closely with Business Stakeholders
The Role
- Develop and implement talent management strategies - succession planning
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, addressing individual issues (global mobility cases, salary reviews, job mapping, organizational structure)
- Deploy comprehensive HR processes
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Advise managers on how to identify, develop, and retain top talent within their departments
- Manage a team of HR Business Partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology fields
- Proven knowledge and practical experience in areas such as succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, retention, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions, and recommend further actions
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English language (minimum B2 level)
- Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
