Job Overview

• Lead end-to-end organizational change management, collaborating closely with Business Stakeholders

The Role

• Develop and implement talent management strategies - succession planning
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, addressing individual issues (global mobility cases, salary reviews, job mapping, organizational structure)
• Deploy comprehensive HR processes
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Advise managers on how to identify, develop, and retain top talent within their departments
• Manage a team of HR Business Partners

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology fields
• Proven knowledge and practical experience in areas such as succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, retention, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions, and recommend further actions
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in English language (minimum B2 level)
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
