We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, software engineering, and IT processes (ITIL). Additionally, experience with Agile methodology and working in complex team setups is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze requirements, cooperate with stakeholders, and adapt their way of working to rapidly changing requirements. They will also have the ability to identify problems, analyze key information, and make connections to find appropriate solutions.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience in Azure DevOps, knowledge of software development processes and tools (CI/CD, Ansible), and a background in finance or banking, particularly with fraud detection systems or decision engine systems.

This role involves prioritizing the backlog to obtain maximum stakeholder value and optimal capacity utilization, managing the delivery roadmap of the service, and playing an active role in the QBR to ensure user epic feasibility. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping stakeholders informed on the product roadmap and progress, solving impediments encountered by the team, and coordinating delivery with other squads.
